The entire process is hassle-free, with refunds for any unused periods upon cancellation, free returns, no sign-up costs, and no hidden fees. Additionally, normal wear and tear of items won’t incur any charges.

Choose Your Rental Item from our Product Catalogue
Browse our extensive product catalogue to find the perfect item you wish to rent. Whether you're looking for a stroller, a toy, or a piece of furniture, we have a variety of high-quality options to choose from.
Select Your Subscription Plan (1-3 Months)
Decide how often you’d like to make subscription payments. Choose from our flexible options of 1, 2, or 3 months, depending on what best suits your needs and budget. The longer period, the lower prices.
Complete Your Order and Initial Payment
Once you’ve selected your item and payment schedule, place your order. During this step, you’ll pay for the first subscription period. Don't worry, your subscription starts only when you recieve your item.
Receive Your Item
We will deliver the rented items to your doorstep promptly. Our delivery service ensures your items arrive in excellent condition and on time.
Inspect the Item for Completeness and Condition
Upon receiving your item, carefully inspect it to ensure everything is in good condition and that all parts are included. If you notice any issues, such as missing parts or damaged elements, please report the problem within 24 hours of receiving the item. This allows us to address any concerns promptly and ensure your satisfaction.

When you’re ready to return the item, simply notify us. We make the return process easy and hassle-free.
Get Your Free Return Label
After you inform us about your intent to return the item, we will send you a free delivery label. This ensures the return process is convenient and cost-effective for you.
Send the Item Back
Please ensure all parts of the item are securely packed and attach the provided delivery label. Drop the package off at your nearest courier service location or arrange for a pickup. Your subscription will be considered stopped as soon as the courier service marks the item as received.
Receive Refund for Unused Months
We offer refunds for any unused full months of your subscription. For instance, if you rented a stroller for 3 months at £35 per month but decide to cancel after 1 month, and the 1-month rental cost is £40, you will be charged the difference of £5 for that month.
The cancellation charge would be the difference in the monthly fee multiplied by the number of months you rented the stroller. In this case, it would be £40 - £35 = £5 * 1 month = £5.
